Class 4 impact-rated shingles carry the highest rating UL 2218 gives. On qualifying homes we write the upgrade into the same scope so you see both numbers, and most carriers in Texas and Missouri lower your premium once it's on. Ask your agent what yours pays back.

Roofs fail at the labor — flashing, boots, valleys, fasteners. Most contractors cover that for a year or two, which is about as long as it takes for a bad detail to show.
Book your roof this month and we'll set architectural LED track into the eave line while the drip edge is already off — the only time it goes in clean.
Holiday colors in December, warm white the rest of the year, app-controlled, invisible in daylight. Ask whether your roofline qualifies.
Choosing the lighting package usually means passing on the Class 4 shingle upgrade — it's one or the other on the same job. We'll put both in front of you before you decide.
